Local benefits

  • Electricity produced by wind and solar farms is carbon neutral and adds affordable electricity to the market. This contributes to the achievement of Estonia's climate goals as well as ensuring energy security.
  • Compared to electricity produced from coal, 78,000 tons of CO2 are prevented from being emitted into the air with the annual production of the hybrid park.
  • The park will create an opportunity to get free electricity via a direct line.
